Arik Eshel, CPA

Arik founded the firm in 1992 and serves as the co-managing partner of the firm. Arik consults a wide range of individual and corporate clients, dividing his time between the New York and Israel offices. Arik is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tariel Aminov, CPA

Tariel serves as the co-managing partner of the firm. Tariel has extensive experience in all aspects of accounting and working with diverse clients that range from corporations and partnerships to individuals. Tariel is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ditza Danay

Ditza serves as the head of the Long Island office. Ditza consults on all aspects of corporate accounting, including payroll, sales tax, profit & loss, and financial statements, concentrating on corporations, partnerships and LLCs. Ditza also specializes in tax issues and returns for foreigners and non-residents and acts as liaison between our clients and local, state, and federal governments and agencies.

Niv Gidron, CPA

Niv is our assurance partner. Niv has extensive experience in accounting and finance, SOX 404 compliance, U.S. and international taxation, and internal audit. Niv has over 20 years of experience in consulting and financial statement audit management. Niv holds a Master of Taxation degree from Florida Atlantic University and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Than Than manages the firm’s controllership department and has over ten years of experience providing accounting services. She specializes in small- and medium-size companies, managing our team of bookkeepers that provides our clients with journal and ledger maintenance, accounts reconciliation, and payroll recording and reconciliation.

Tzahi Levinzon, CPA

Tzahi represents local and international tax clients, specializing in individual tax and accounting matters. He consults high net worth individuals and foreign investors and provides tax planning for employees and executives who relocate to and from the United States. Tzahi has extensive experience in offshore voluntary disclosures and streamlined procedures.

Ayalie Yogev

Ayalie is our firm's HR and Administrative Manager. She oversees all aspects of our human resources needs including recruiting, retention, and employee relations. Ayalie also provides HR consulting and recruiting services to many of our clients, assisting them in finding the talent they need. Ayalie has over 18 years of experience working for global companies and managing administrative and human resources matters.
